Here is tha latest as of halloween night. OOOHHHH!!!! The trusses are in place and now the preparation for laying of the sheathing. The picture of the boom truck is his position for the second day of lifts. Hope you enjoy the treat for tonight.

Latest photo of the trusses going up. Looks like they all will be in place by mid day tommorrow. The other photo is of the pond that we stopped at on our ride. If you look close you cas see the "rocks" that are algae and take quite a long time to reach this size.

Tomorrow they will be doing interior framing. Roof trusses are to be delivered either Friday or Monday. We're hoping the weather holds. Looks like no showers in the forecast until Nov. 3.

Latest photos as of 10-23-06. Floor is down. Walls are being assembled and ready to begin going up tomorrow. It's finally beginning to look like we'll have a house. The gorgeous weather lately keeps us optimistic that we'll achieve our goal of having the house enclosed before the wet weather.

The only thing that has happened this last week is the sewer pipes under the house were installed and there was cement work under the front porch area. Hopefully next week there will be more progress as the winter is coming.
