Things are progressing although slowly, especially the tile. It has been three weeks that the tile people have had their time to get things done but in reality they have only worked on it for about a week and a half due to their work ethic...get to the job late and leave early to make up for it or work only three days (short ones at that) during a given week. Very frustrating for us but they are doing great work with what has been done so far. I finished the frond porch deck and started on the railings and hope to finish that early next week. The finish carpenters have almost completed all the door and window jambs and casements and they really have come out well. Although they too had three days where they did not show up at all as they were working on other jobs. So based on all of the delays it probably will be August (late) when everything is completed.
